Rupali Chowdhury has made history as the first Bangladeshi female Managing Director of a multinational conglomerate. Currently, she serves as an Independent Director of Evercare Group, and holds the position of Managing Director at Berger Paints Bangladesh, and chairs the Prothom Alo Trust.

Her career began at the multinational pharmaceutical and chemical company Ciba Geigy (Bangladesh) Limited, where she held the role of Brand Manager until 1990. Rupali is also renowned for her leadership as the President of the Foreign Investors Chamber of Commerce & Industries (FICCI) for the third consecutive term. Additionally, she contributes to various organizations, serving as a Member of the Advisory Board of UNICEF Bangladesh, President of the Bangladesh Paints Manufacturers Association, and an Independent Director of Linde Bangladesh Limited and Bata Shoe Company (Bangladesh) Limited.
